How does per-user pricing work?

You pay only for the users you need. We offer two user types: Full Access users (EUR 50/month) who can create, edit, and approve documents and tasks, and View Only users (EUR 15/month) who can read documents and complete assigned training. Most teams combine both types to optimize cost.
