Our story
QFacts was born from a simple observation: quality management in regulated industries was stuck in the past. Teams were drowning in paper-based systems, disconnected spreadsheets, and legacy software that created more work than it solved.
Founded by a team with deep roots in pharmaceutical quality assurance, we set out to build the quality management platform we always wished we had. One that is intuitive enough for everyday use, powerful enough for complex compliance requirements, and flexible enough to grow with your organisation.
Today, QFacts helps regulated companies across pharma, medical devices, healthcare, food, and ISO-certified industries simplify their quality processes, reduce audit preparation time, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
